A big thank you to the team at Sportsnet. Ian and I would like to thank you for our excellent tennis tickets, also we certainly made use of the entry into the Game, set match lounge. Thank you also for the great book on tennis that awaited us at the hotel. It all added up to be a fantastic 2 days with such easy access via the trams, also we didnt have to queue to get in the gates we went through the corporate gates which added to the efficiency- of the whole experience. Hi Craig, I just wanted to write and say thank you for your help in organising our trip to the Hopman Cup. I meant to do it earlier but time has gotten away from me! We had a great time, this event was on my mum’s ‘bucket list’ (she is 85) and she was delighted with it all. Much of it was unexpected for her so there were lots of nice little surprises along the way. It was great to meet other people at the breakfast who had also booked with Sportsnet and that was all most enjoyable. Our room at Citigate was great, ideal location. We chose to find our own way to the races on Saturday morning; I rang the bus company to advise them but still there was a follow up call from one of your staff to check all was ok, and a follow up call to ensure I knew where to catch the return bus to the city after the races. Good Morning Craig, We arrived back in Perth late last night after a fabulous 10 days in Melbourne. I would just like to thank you and the team at Sportsnet for their fantastic organization of the Melbourne Cup Spring Racing Carnival events. The four of us had a brilliant time at both the Derby Day festivities and Melbourne Cup Day. I am the one who knows least about the racing scene and I managed to have 6 collects out of 9 races on Derby Day but not so good Melbourne Cup Day, only 3 collects. We loved the Tramcar Restaurant breakfast and having been on this tramcar for dinner previously, it does not disappoint, it is a wonderful feature of Melbourne’s culture. The Melbourne Cup Day breakfast at the Crown was also great and the transportation and organization of the whole event was spot on and hassle free. It was great to briefly say “hi” before we tootled off on the Tramcar and for you to acknowledge your guests so willingly even though you must have been under a huge amount of pressure organizing such an event. Hi Casey, The trip to the Singapore Grand Prix was fantastic - the tickets in the Bay Stand were great, really amazing view of the track and the city at night. The Ibis Hotel that Sportsnet arranged was a great choice excellent service/staff, facilities, café/breakfast and location at a budget price. Very easy to walk to the track, CBD, Orchard Road or use the MRT to get around. My son and I had a great time so thanks very much to you and the other staff involved at Sportsnet. Hey Casey It was certainly on my list of things to do to let you know how things went. Accommodation was great, right in the heart of the shopping (although Singapore is a lot more expensive that last time I visited even though I had been told by lots of people that it was no longer a cheap place to shop). Ryan enjoyed his accommodation but he was a little out of the main shopping area. No problems with that he was quite happy with everything. The F1 was fantastic, Ryan’s choice of grandstand suited him down to a tee. If I went again I would go for the grandstand on corner 2 in preference to Pit Straight or at either end of Pit Straight. Nevertheless the seats were good, would not want to be sitting in them all day, it was really “sticky” and not much shade. Everything went like clockwork, pick-ups etc. and thank you so much for organising everything. Ryan is talking about going again next year already!! You did a great job. Dear Casey We first travelled with Sportsnet to the Australian Open in January 2011. We were so pleased with the service in terms of seating, accommodation and organisation we decided to book with Sportsnet for the US Open this year. From the moment Casey took up our request for a US Open Tennis package we had regular updates of the process in terms of dates, flights and hotels to ensure all our needs were catered for. Thanks to Casey for finding the best flights available. We were delighted with the choice of hotel in Times Square which was close to many of the New York sights and attractions. Access to the Billie Jean King Tennis Centre was very easy. Although we had tickets for the two days it rained and didn't see much play the weather did not dampen our spirits and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to New York. It was a very memorable occasion thanks to Casey and Sportsnet. We would highly recommend their services.

Holy Crap Craig! I'm about to make up a new word 'FANTABULOUS' What an experience! The hotel was out of this world. Wish I could have taken bed home with me, plus everything else. Great staff, great service, can't stop raving about it. Tennis great. We had first row of Sportsnet block on Sat night which was about 5 rows from front. Saw Stoser get beaten and Tomic lose, but what a guy to watch for the future. Sunday also great. Saw the great Roger in action. Just amazing. Little ""hic cup"" coming home. Some bright spark at Melb. airport decided to shut second runway for repairs. With Tennis, Cricket & Magic Millions Poker on was a good time to do it! Why they could not do that during curfew I don't know, but better safety than sorry. Thanks for everything. Because of the long coversation that we had about the tennis, upon which I made the decision to go to the tennis on the weekend before the 1/4 finals, we had the most fantastic time and saw all the best players including Fedora, Nadal, Kym Clister, Sam Stoser, Venus Williams ( if only for 5 minutes ) Andy Murray, Warwrinka, Roderick, and others that were just riveting to watch. Our choice of accommodation was perfectly positioned and we really just loved everything. Your help with the cancellation of our flights just made it that much easier for us as well. Hi Craig, We had a memorable time at the Open in all respects. I remember you telling me that previous clients had been very impressed with the seats that you had been able to secure. Our seating could not have been better. We were in the lower level, shaded area behind the court on each occasion and we were really close to the action. The Crown Metropol was clean, spacious, well equipped and with a spectacular pool and gym. The service was excellent. I would just like to send a thank you to everyone involved for a fantastic "end of week" trip to the Essendon v Adelaide game. Although an uncertain start - as to what would happen in place of seeing the boys train in Adelaide. It was an amazing experience for my first interstate game! It was great meeting Paul Hamilton and Sean Wellman and having a chat about how the boys are going. Even when the players were relaxing in the lobby of the hotel they were still very approachable and happy to sign autographs and have photos taken. By the end of the two days I felt like "one of the family". And of course a huge congrats to the boys on a fantastic win to make the trip even better. Having everything planned was great to take the pressure off organising things and to just relax and take in the atmosphere. I can't wait for the trip to Perth to play West Coast. Cheers Sam

Hi AB, Sorry to be so tardy in replying but we are having some problems with our email. We would like to thank you all at Sportsnet and EFC for giving us the opportunity to be a part of the pioneer tour of Turkey and especially Gallipoli. It was a fantasic journey and one that will live with us forever. We were very fortunate to have had an experienced co-ordinator/organiser in Adrian. He has wonderful people skills in combining groups with understanding and patience. His teamwork with Jason Johnson was outstanding and both should be congratulated for their ability to create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all the group. Accommodation was first rate, food was good, company was excellent. Both our tour guides were very knowledgeable and their differing personalities made the experience interesting. The experience of the Dawn Service at Anzac Cove was extremely moving and was made even more significant by having visited the various monuments and the trenches on the previous day. It set the scene and allowed us to become more aware of the daunting task faced by our diggers. Sleeping bags would seem to be the best option for overnight at Anzac Cove (buying them at the bazzar as Allan did was probably the most economincal). As we found, older people can slow the group when walking HOWEVER it is beneficial to have a disabled group member or two to get on the "special needs" bus to reserve lawn space. Perhaps an extra day would have allowed more free time in Istanbul. The Grand Bazzar and Spice Market warranted a little more time. Bosphorus cruise was a must - tour to the fortress Rumeli Hisar would have been interesting if it was able to be included. We are very keen for a reunion - just let us know where and when and we'll be there! Thanks again for a truly awesome experience. Hope all is well with you. Lance and Sue

Hi Janelle, What a great end it was to the EPL part of our tour with Manchester United's win today. After Manchester we will be continuing on now with the rest of our vacation in the UK and Scotland. Everything went perfectly - the accommodation was great at the Mantra Southbank, the tennis was terrific on the Tuesday night with great seats in the Rod Laver Arena, and we enjoyed our time in Melbourne for the few days that we were there. That was our first time at the tennis, after years of saying every January when the Aus Open comes on TV, that we should go to it one year! Everything was brilliant, the Motel in Millthorpe was excellent, the couple who own it (can't remember their names) are very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Millthorpe is a beautiful little town, with nice restaurants and old buildings. It's perfect for a family as it gets you out of the "madness" in Bathurst. Our seats in Grandstand #9 were also very good. Shame about the result though, maybe Ford can win next year. We aren't planning on going to Bathurst next year, it was always a one time thing and it's the Rugby World Cup in NZ which we are combining with a trip around the South Island. We are however planning on going to the Gold Coast 600 in 2012, so we will be in touch with you closer to then. Once again, thanks Craig. The food at the Crown was amazing. The food at the Carbine Marquee was excellent quality, it was exceptionally well catered for. We had food all day, endless cups of tea or coffee. Hi Ian Been agonising over what to call this email. Almost can’t express in words how fantastic our trip was. Gotta say, it was one of the best things I have EVER done in MY LIFE. I loved it and have the big – severely. I did get a head start with my families as far s motorcycling goes but it all came together for me, at the island. I sat there and memorised all the riders and numbers so I was pretty clued up when the race was on and totally impressed with Randy De Puniet, even though he was at back of pack, he just worked so hard in the GP race. Casey Stoner, well, he is just ridiculous. Go out, do a qualifying lap for pole, go back in, wait til someone dares to beat it and when they do, sorts em str8 up! Fantastic stuff! I really couldn’t have asked for a better present for my husband. I am so pleased we went, feel like its opened some doors for us. I dare not go on about the weather, man, I went to NEngland to meet my family ( my bio father and 5 siblings I didn’t know I had) in 2003 and it was nothing on Phillip. The wind and rain and hail and sleet and God knows, STILL did not dampen the spirits of the wonderful fraternity of motorcyclists. I was so impressed by everyone and the attitudes and the comradery. The first day we met Dawn and Ted and she said she also had you sorting her trip- I think she enjoyed it more than she expected to! I just absolutely loved every minute of it, Ian. I met Wayne Gardner and listening to his stories was just like being at home, honestly. His attitude towards riding is spot on to my husbands and we had common thread of same age children so I went up and got his autograph for my son, Kyle, and he cried when I gave it to him. ( awe, bless!) I really enjoyed that night also, had a few wines as well. The resort was lovely, wished I’d jumped in pool, etc but there is no time really, its all track. I will admit we came home early on the Friday because it was so wet and we were exhausted, walked a few miles. The first race was 2 strokes and the smells took me back to Speedway and having the mud and dirt land on ya, my Dad took me there when I was little- and unbeknownst to us, Rons’Dad used to race speedway, he was a champion and he did actually bring Speedway to Australia. His mate, Johnny Titman, we have his speedway bike in our shed. Dad Ando died 3 yrs ago and he has left amazing motorcycle memorabilia behind and I got to sort thru it all. Ive made scrapbooks and still have lots to do. He would love that we went to the race. Ronnie was fanging to get on his bike, esp around that track, ha, but we have decided we will ride down one year, not sure when but I seriously want to go every year! I am so glad we didn’t ride this year though and camping would have been a disaster. Oh, the weather made for some exciting racing! YES! I would like to thank you for looking after me, the little freaker that I am because I don’t frequent websites and wed holidays but your package offered was really good, I am really happy with the whole deal. We’ve taken some video but still haven’t had the time to look thru it. I was buzzing for days after that and Xmas will seem dull in comparison!! Thanks, again, Ian, and I will recommend Sportsnet to all our bike buddies, for starters! I have even mentioned to Ronnie that we could visit my rellies in England, do the Donnington circuit? ( I think it is) and then see Isle of Man and maybe do a Spanish GP as well. Like, I have money just laying about for all of it but its something to strive for isn’t it? G'day Craig, Joel and I are now safely returned from Australia. The Australian Open was one of the highlights of our Aussie adventure! Thank you for your service and the great tennis package. Our seats were great in the shade, and surrounding Aussie and English tennis fans were fun with whom to converse about the tennis stars. The Rod Laver Arena is a wonderful facility. We loved the Langham Hotel which was very comfortable and conveniently located. Thank you! In the future, please mark on client's tickets (Door 17) when they will be sitting on the sides in the sun. After three sessions in the shade, we thought that they all our seats were in the shade. We were surprised in the Quarterfinals Day Session when we were in full sun. Thanks also for the sun screen and little fans. Rather than Sportsnet spending revenue on hats that don't fit, and no one wore, I would suggest that you provide Sportsnet cushions at the Australian Open in your wonderful reserved seats like other corporations did in that area of the tennis arena. It's great PR for Sportsnet and provides comfort for your clients. Is Sportsnet Holidays an international firm? Do you provide packages to Parabis at Indian Wells? With best regards, Carol Friedman

Hello Craig, We want to thank you for making our Australian Open experience a great one. The tickets for both sessions were just excellent.... and no sun which we really appreciated too. The Langham Hotel is just gorgeous. We felt so fortunate to be in such a delightful place and so close to the tennis. We gained a bit of exercise to and from the Arena ..and liked the Yarra setting. Our friends ,The Friedmans also had a wonderful time. We all had great matches to watch, especially the Rodick v Gonzales match that went till 1.30 am. Hi Sportsnet, In the past few years we have been ringing up hotels & ticketek for accom. & grandstand seats for the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide & always end up with good places to stay & seats a long way from where we actually want them but in 2010 we had no luck at all until our local travel agent got us onto Sportsnet Holidays. 4 star accom. in Glenelg, 300mtrs from shops, food, tram to the race track & the best seats, 15 rows back from the start line, right in front of Tander, Windcup, & Lowndes,s pits. Back far enough so we could see over the top of the fence, but close enough to see the drivers faces in the cars. We were so pleased with the package Sportsnet put together for us this time, we,ve requested the same seats next year & the exact same room. Next month we are flying over to Perth for the Redbull Air Races & once again Sportsnet Holidays were able to arrange everything with no hassles from accom, grandstand seats, Swan river cruise, aircraft pit walk . We are very pleased with Craig,s efforts arranging things for us & could highly recommend his team to arrange any future travel to these events. Happy Customer!
