The Monte Carlo track, home to the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, is situated among city streets surrounded by breathtaking architecture and skirts around a picturesque harbour. However, the beautiful surrounds are deceiving and Monaco is widely considered to be the most challenging track in Formula 1 due to it’s elevation changes and tight corners with no run-off areas.
This year saw Mercedes driver, Nico Rosberg, start from pole position to take his 2nd consecutive victory at Monaco. This made him the first driver since Ayrton Senna to win from pole at Monaco twice in a row. Rosberg was followed by team mate, Lewis Hamilton and Aussie rising star, Daniel Ricciardo, in his Red Bull Racing-Renault. Can Rosberg do it again in 2015?
