      Hi Craig, This is the first chance I've had to contact you since going to the Cox Plate....Thank You so much!!! We had the best time! The service from Sportsnet Holidays was first class. Our room at Citigate was great, ideal location. We chose to find our own way to the races on Saturday morning; I rang the bus company to advise them but still there was a follow up call from one of your staff to check all was ok, and a follow up call to ensure I knew where to catch the return bus to the city after the races. Our seats at the races were absolutely perfect, the best view! We felt like VIP's, thanks again Craig. I am already planning our trip next year. Cheers, Noel Bramich

      Good Morning Craig, We arrived back in Perth late last night after a fabulous 10 days in Melbourne. I would just like to thank you and the team at Sportsnet for their fantastic organization of the Melbourne Cup Spring Racing Carnival events. The four of us had a brilliant time at both the Derby Day festivities and Melbourne Cup Day. I am the one who knows least about the racing scene and I managed to have 6 collects out of 9 races on Derby Day but not so good Melbourne Cup Day, only 3 collects. We loved the Tramcar Restaurant breakfast and having been on this tramcar for dinner previously, it does not disappoint, it is a wonderful feature of Melbourne’s culture. The Melbourne Cup Day breakfast at the Crown was also great and the transportation and organization of the whole event was spot on and hassle free. It was great to briefly say “hi” before we tootled off on the Tramcar and for you to acknowledge your guests so willingly even though you must have been under a huge amount of pressure organizing such an event. Once again Craig, thanks to you and your team for organizing such an amazing time for the four Sandgropers. Kind Regards,
