  I have no idea whether any other IBM people have yet sent Sportsnet Holidays an email, thanking them for the amazing job they did in getting New Zealand clients to the Australian Open Tennis (and back). I am sure, however, that senior management within IBM NZ will indeed send a formal commendation. In the meantime - from a strictly personal point of view - I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sportsnet Holidays for their patience, forbearance, sense of humour and professionalism in dealing with myself over the travel and accommodation arrangements to take our clients to the Australian Tennis Open. The event project proved to be an enormous success, and Sportsnet's help in putting the package together proved crucial. Please pass on my grateful regards.   On behalf of Stephanie and I, I want to thank you and your team for the best couple of days we can remember Everything went perfectly from pick up to set down at the airport Tuesday was fantastic we had the best of time The breakfast was great and the day at the Cup was something we will never forget It would have been better if I hadn't made such a large donation to the bookies We have been singing your praises since we have got back and I know a couple of our friends are most interested for next year Thank you and your staff again We really appreciated all your help Regards Jim

  Just letting you know all 10 of us had a marvellous time in Melbourne at Derby & Cup Day. Everything was top rate. We paid good money to be in the Carbine tent but were not disappointed well worth it. Both breakfasts we had were tremendous. Accommodation was also great, well located clean & good service. Many thanks to you both you did a grand job for us & from a distance most appreciated. I am looking at doing this again plus one of the ashes tests so keep us on the email list. Cheers
