Sportsnet’s AB and Essendon hardman Jason Johnson recap Day 1 and 2 of their amazing 2011 Anzac Day trip to Gallipoli. The boys hosted a joint Sportsnet Holidays and Essendon FC group to Turkey in what turned out to be the trip of a lifetime. Don’t miss Parts 2 & 3 (coming soon) and definitely don’t miss out on the 2012 trip!
Where Part 1 was Istanbul and ‘seeing the sights’, Part 2 has a very different feel. Sportsnet’s AB & Essendon’s Jason Johnson were educated on the ‘real’ stories of Gallipoli. Sad, inspiring, haunting and at times unbelievable, these stories took them from the monuments and cemeteries to the Dawn Service at Anzac Cove.
The final chapter of JJ & AB’s inaugural trip to Turkey, Anzac Cove and he Gallipoli Dawn Service. Hear about the massive impact the trip had on both of them and maybe share a laugh or two. Would love to hear your thoughts and hope YOU can join Jason and AB in 2012.

Bianca LeeHoly Crap Craig! I'm about to make up a new word 'FANTABULOUS' What an experience! The hotel was out of this world. Wish I could have taken bed home with me, plus everything else. Great staff, great service, can't stop raving about it. Tennis great. We had first row of Sportsnet block on Sat night which was about 5 rows from front. Saw Stoser get beaten and Tomic lose, but what a guy to watch for the future. Sunday also great. Saw the great Roger in action. Just amazing. Little ""hic cup"" coming home. Some bright spark at Melb. airport decided to shut second runway for repairs. With Tennis, Cricket & Magic Millions Poker on was a good time to do it! Why they could not do that during curfew I don't know, but better safety than sorry. Thanks for everything. I believe you got some other bookings because of our recommendations, and you will get more next year. Again thanks a million. BiancaBaulkham Hills
